Eagle Eye Estate Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is 100% from our Estate AlphaWOLF Vineyards. We picked in late October which allowed the fruit to develop it’s unique character. The addition of Petit Verdot provides the deep purple color, soft acids and layers of complexity. Ripe black berries, dark cherries and black currants fill your mouth with that first sip. French oak barrel aging adds silky vanilla to the long, fruit driven finish...A beautiful, elegant wine. This may be the best Cabernet Sauvignon we have ever made.
