We finished picking October 25th at its peak development highlighting its unique character. The addition of Petit Verdot provides the deep purple color, soft acids and layers of complexity. Ripe black berries, dark cherries and black currants fill your mouth with that first sip. French oak barrel aging adds silky vanilla to the long, fruit driven finish...A beautiful, elegant wine. As our vineyard ages, the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Petit Verdot get better and better.

Our AlphaWOLF Ranch is certified Fish Friendly Farming, Green and our farming practices are sustainable. We do everything we can to work with Mother Nature to help with the ecological balance. The growing season enabled us to hang our grapes longer which allowed the intense flavor development which we beautifully balance with our blend. We picked in late October.
